Our Policy for Support and Service for OEM products sold
on Asia and Oceania market:
All Ricoh branded DVD+RW drives shipped from Ricoh Japan are
named as RICOH MPXXXX and has RICOH LOGO at the
front panel. An OEM product that has another model name at the
front panel or your retail package rather than RICOH would be
supported by the OEM company as their own products.
If your unit is one of those from OEM company, we are afraid
we will not provide any support and service for those OEM products,
even though the unit is one of those manufactured by Ricoh Japan.
For further assistace about the OEM products please contact
with your OEM company. The appropriate contact information of
the company will be found from the retail package, documents,
manuals or the warranty card. When you cannot find it out please
ask about the OEM company to the shop or retailer you purchased
